I’m an engineering and technology professional working in the UK. My interest sits where engineering operations meet business systems: understanding how work happens, and making the processes behind it better.

My experience spans maintenance systems, business process improvement, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, automation, integration and operational reporting.

I’m particularly interested in digital transformation and process excellence within engineering and manufacturing organisations — work that needs both technical understanding and a clear view of the business.
